[Vizzik is about 3'5", with vividly green skin and hair, huge batlike ears and a sharp, pronounced nose and chin. His teeth are pointed enough to draw blood easily, but he doesn't bite. He doesn't look like anything that could be found on Earth, but his accent, when he speaks, is pure, strident New Jersey.]

Before his home was destroyed by an unfortunate combination of a dragon attack and a volcanic eruption, Vizzik Joltcable had a pretty good thing going on. One of the alchemists working to develop a magical and highly addictive form of cola, he pulled in a good salary and was right on the verge of a promotion--it was everything a goblin could possibly want out of life.

Nobody had a clue why he walked away from it, and he wouldn't have been able to explain the increasing twinges of conscience he felt whenever he came across one of the wild-eyed junkies his work had left in its destructive wake. Goblins don't do conscience. But having a knack for shamanism made it easy enough to start a new career path, and his new-honed ability to fling fire and lightning at enemies became a highly marketable skill once the volcano left his people adrift, homeless and at the mercy of whatever government would take them in.

Now, having worked his way up to the rank of commander in the army of the Horde, Vizzik tries to be a voice of reason and conflict resolution where he can. Constant warfare is bad for business, after all. He would know.
